Taylor Signs specializes in digital printing, laser engraving and CNC carving. Their most popular product is their handmade interior signs. The signs are great gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and holidays. Some of their other products include serving trays, cutting boards, stove top covers, outdoor porch signs, dog kennel table tops, floating shelves and coat racks.
I enjoy helping small businesses grow. When I first started working at Taylor Signs, they had about 100 listings on Etsy. Today, they have nearly 800 listings with more being created every day. Other than creating many new designs, I have helped them expand their customer reach with social media and selling on other platforms. I added their Etsy listings to Amazon Handmade and their sales have increased exponentially.
I always try to make jobs easier and more efficient. I introduced the team at Taylor Signs to a collaboration software called Slack which improved communication and helped keep things organized. The hours of operation are 5 AM - 2 PM, so I offered to take care of all personalized and custom orders so when they get there in the morning all of the designs are ready to print. This eliminates a lot of stress especially during the busy holiday seasons. It has been really enjoyable working for Taylor Signs and I recommend their products to many friends and family.
